Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Scope

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from PLC Optimization LLC ("PLC Optimization", "we", "us"), including physical products and consultations.

2. Return window for products

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact.

To start a return, email contact@plcoptimization.com with your order number and the items concerned. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or seals are broken: nutritional and wellness supplements, cosmetic and skincare products, and personal-use accessories.

Items returned in a used, damaged or incomplete condition may be refused or refunded only in part.

4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and the item.

Where a fault or shipping error on our side is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs, at no cost to you.

5. Return shipping costs

For returns based on personal preference, return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service. We cannot process a refund for a return we do not receive.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned items.

The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider or bank.

7. Consultations and services

Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or non-attendance, may be charged in full.

Consultations already delivered are non-refundable, as the service has been performed. Where a session cannot take place for reasons attributable to us, it is rescheduled or refunded in full.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable to you.

9. Governing law

This Returns & Refunds Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
